Using Driver
These terms cover Driver browsers, the Web Data API and our custom services. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or your company.

Your account
Keep your API keys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

Acceptable use
Do not use Driver to break the law, access systems without permission, send spam or harm people. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the details.

Billing and credits
Plans renew monthly. Your plan price is issued as credits that browsers and API results draw from. Unused credits do not roll over.

Your data
You own what you send through Driver and what you collect. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Service changes
We may change or retire features. We give 30 days notice for changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
- 07
Liability
Driver is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
